This Agreement is BETWEEN the WebSite Owner
and YOU the WebSite Visitor (as defined in the Terms of Use) and
whereas you wish to act as a buyer, the WebSite and the WebSite Owner acts as a Commission Agent, for the sale of Items hereinafter described, displayed and promoted on behalf the independent and unrelated Seller who state they have the right to sell the said Items they wish to sell –

1. governs the Sale of Electronic Goods over the internet (often referred to as e-Book Products) as well as Marketing Plans, Search Techniques and other Promotional Materials in the form of e-Books, Videos and similar internet products including Membership of formal and informal clubs to enhance a WebSite performance and that WebSite general ability to make sales for the WebSite Owner who generally wishes to make sales and earn and receive a commission on such sales
2. includes all goods and services covered and not specifically specified in the above clause terminology yet promoted on this WebSite that you are visiting (whether as a formal Member, informal Member, Affiliate or Visitor as provided for in the Terms of Use of this WebSite) and “click on” to purchase and make payment for by any means whatsoever which are hereinafter known as “Items” and sold “as is”
3. THE CONSIDERATION AGREED shall be the amount(s) you pay to the Seller (whether by an Internet Processing Party or not)
4. TRANSFER of Title to the said Items shall pass to you upon such payment in full and is deemed to be effective immediately you make formal payment for such items upon such terms and conditions as displayed by the Seller of those said Items and you are required to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of those terms and conditions made by the actual seller of the goods or to not make a purchase
5. exclude any rights for you to claim a refund in the event you are dissatisfied with the said Items and the WebSite Owner(s) makes no warranty or claims that the said goods are suitable for your requirements or indeed in a fit and proper state to be sold
6. permits you to return the said Item(s) and to claim any refund in accordance with the term and conditions from the Seller of the Items provided that you make no claim or institute any legal proceedings against the WebSite Owner who shall bear no expense other than the claim and return of any commission to the Seller
7. may provide for the WebSite Owner(s) to claim, receive and be paid a commission for the sale of such Item(s) to you and does not entitle you to claim any discount, fee or reward as a consequence of such sale of the said Item(s)
8. provides for you to read and accept the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement in the event you wish to and do enter into a transaction for the Sale and Purchase of Item(s) using the facilities of this WebSite in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use of this WebSite which require your full and total acceptance or else require you to immediately Cease and Desist using this WebSite and require you to immediately leave the WebSite
9. does not entitle you to use the Item(s) except for your own personal use and limits and restricts you from (a) selling the Item(s) to any other person or entity whether by way of repackaging, rebranding or otherwise (b) claiming any copyright or license (c) reverse engineering any Item(s) and (d) offering the Item(s) for hire, lease or reward
10. does not entitle you to any upgrades or warranty claims against the Website Owner
11. that each Party to this Agreement shall be deemed an independent party bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and excludes any representations and implications whether oral or in writing not expressed in this Agreement which shall be deemed FINAL in all respects
12. is deemed to apply within the Laws of each Country of the Planet known as Earth and is deemed to be governed by the Laws of Hong Kong, Hong Kong
13. that your proceeding with the purchase of any Item(s) acknowledges your full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for this Sale of Goods which sale is made in the form of an electronic sale using the facilities of the Internet and the Terms of Use governing the access and use of THIS WebSite.

APPLICABLE LAW
Visitor agrees that the applicable law to be applied shall, in all cases, be that of the City and Country of Hong Kong, Hong Kong.
ADDITIONAL MATTERS
In the event any matter is not covered by this document then the provisions of the Terms of Use of these Legal Documents shall be deemed to be specifically incorporated in this document and shall apply in all respects.
